Deposit:
A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to secure all reservations. The payment balance is due 30 days prior to guests’ arrival.
Trip Insurance:
To give people peace of mind when traveling and assistance to handle the unforeseen travel issues that can happen before or during a trip; an accident or emergency, a missed flight, lost baggage, an illness or cancelled trips, we highly recommend trip cancellation and travel insurance, to include any evacuations (air transportation) due to an illness.
Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made (90) days prior to arrival date, we will retain 10% of the reservation cost and (60) days and less, we will retain 50% of the total reservation cost, and (30) days and less, we are unable to offer any refund.
Notes:
There is a 2 night minimum unless specifically arranged.
Please inform us of any food allergies or restrictions and any medical concerns.
Please inform us of any special events: Birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, etc. The Homestead is the perfect setting for celebrating special occasions.
Rates from Anchorage are determined by available air services and will be determined at the time of reservation.
The Alaska Homestead Lodge is located within Lake Clark National Park. Access to the lodge is only available through bush pilot charter services.
